Offers of admission are conditional. You must complete your offer of admission requirements and send your final grades by the given deadline.

Through July and August, we review your final grades to ensure you:

• complete your high school diploma*;
• complete the degree-specific course requirements; and
• maintain the level of academic standing upon which your offer was made.

Changes to applicants鈥� level of academic standing are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about maintaining your offer of admission, please听contact us.

*BC High School students graduating June 2022 or later are required to complete the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment to demonstrate high school graduation. 中出影院 requires you to achieve 鈥�笔谤辞蹿颈肠颈别苍迟鈥�听on the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment to maintain your offer of admission. BC high school applicants who do not meet this level of proficiency will have their admission offers reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What grade changes may cause 中出影院 to re-evaluate your application for admission?

Each student鈥檚 situation is unique and we review changes in academic standing on a case-by-case basis. Certain听grade changes听may cause us to look at your application more closely when your final grades are submitted.

Canada

• Your final average on all academic courses that you have taken in Grade 11 and Grade 12 has fallen by 2% or more.
• Your final average in Grade 11 and Grade 12 courses in subjects related to your chosen degree has fallen by 4% or more.
• For Vancouver campus only:听Your final grades in Grade 12 English and Grade 11 English are below 70%. If final grades fall below this minimum requirement,听the offer of admission will be revoked.
• For Vancouver campus only:听For competitive degrees with course requirements for Grade 12 English or Math (Pre-Calculus 12 for BC students), we will re-evaluate your offer of admission if your final grades have fallen below 80%.

IB Diploma

• Your final IB Diploma score has fallen by 4 points or more.
• Your IB scores have fallen 3 points or more on any given course.
• You score 2 or lower in any given IB subject.
• Your final IB scores in Math or听English have fallen below 4.
• You have not completed the IB diploma.

Outside Canada

British-patterned education:听Your final A-Level (or AS-Level) grades have a combined drop of 2 letter grades or more. Your final grades in English or Math have fallen below a grade of B.

American curriculum:听Your final grades have a combined drop of 2 letter grades or more in your academic subjects. Your English and Math grades have fallen below a grade of B.

India Secondary School curriculum:听You have not maintained your academic standing in required courses or you did not achieve 85% or above on your final Standard XII Board exam results.

Chinese Secondary School curriculum:听You have not maintained your academic standing in required courses OR you have not met a minimum provincial Tier 1 Gaokao cut-off score. If you are not writing the Gaokao, you must achieve competitive results in other recognized examinations such as the Advanced Placement exams, A Levels, or International Baccalaureate exams. For more information on the specific scores that are required, please contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office.

All other international high schools:听Your grades have fallen since 中出影院 made an offer of admission or if any required test scores are not consistent with your grades in your academic subjects.

Post-secondary transfer students

• Your second-semester grades have fallen below听your first-semester grades.
• You have not completed degree-specific requirements.
• An assignment of poor academic standing.
